Key features include a retail building, substation, auction shed, restaurant, coffee shop, prayer room, security rooms, toilet block, boat stocking building, jet ski stand, ticketing blocks, and an ice store. The project also encompasses extensive external works to ensure a cohesive and efficient layout.
